I'm joined by Nate Foreign's with dearest friend of mine, a long time friend and Nate's

Nate's been a confidant. He's been a checking balance for me on a myriad of things in life.

Probably more the way it's like I don't think I sent it for all of this, but okay, whatever.

So Nate, you've seen things. You've seen more of my journey of my life and the life of

Ashland and the girls. More so than most people have ever seen. And that's one of the reasons

why I wanted you to come here. And because when I use the word checking balance, Nate, you've

been exactly that. And not always when I wanted you to be the second balanced fair.

Absolutely. And I think the thing on that too is to point out is that the reason why

Nate that you're here is also really to to keep me in focused on message. And the message is

about me today. The message is about my journey of growth not just in the past year, but what life

was like for me, you know, the five, ten years previous to that. And how did all of those years

lead to this point and lead to the point last year, what decided to encouple from Ashland?

Yeah, I think that's everybody's on their own path, right? And this is an opportunity for you to

share what you saw on your path that got you to this point. You asked me a couple of weeks ago

what I thought about getting to the point where you shared your story and what that would look like.
