It's wonderful to be back together with you again talking about something that I feel especially

this time of year is super important, grounding techniques. Grounding techniques are really essential for helping us feel safe and comfortable within ourselves.

And one of the real challenges with anxiety is it feels so awful and the symptoms that come with it feels so horrible

that we really do want to sometimes just check out and be elsewhere.

And sometimes we do, we do it on a subtle level we're not really properly

within ourselves we're not really properly connected to ourselves because we're

not comfortable really for anyone who's highly sensitive or anyone suffering with high levels of anxiety

it's very helpful to find a way of being okay with being in with being in

yourself rooted in yourself connected with yourself

and actually it does really help settle anxiety and settle the symptoms of

anxiety so once you can find a way of grounding yourself feeling comfortable and safe to do so rather than feeling that
