threads app but first i've been in my flop era for the last month maybe we're really getting into

winter here and it's totally dragging me down it's the winter blues i think i have seasonal

depression because i actually got depressed here last winter

as well and it was like, I kind of didn't even realize it until it was the end of winter. And then

as the weather was changing, my mood was changing drastically. And I was like, oh my God, I was like

depressed all winter. It's really happened since I moved back to the hometown because the summers here

is so beautiful and the

winters are just so bleak and ugly and I just really get dragged down in the winter. I need to be in

you know, the California sunshine. It really creeps up on you too. Like I've just been so busy with

work and my side hustles and I just started like neglecting the house. It was turning into like a total dump.

Not like my 600 pound life hoarders, you know, roaches and stuff, not anything feral like that,

but just like little things that add up, like not putting my shoes away, like the couch is untidy,

the kitchen bench is untidy. I haven't run the robot vacuum for a while,

you know, just all those like little things. And then when you put it all together,

you know, not making your bed, like not putting the washing away properly, just like dumping

it on the spare bed, like stuff like that. It just adds up. I've been slipping at the gym for sure. Last week,

I was just really out of it. And then I'm like, I'm going to go back to the gym. And then I order

fucking taxi. And of course it doesn't show up. I'm like standing out the front of the house

waiting for it to come. I'm just like, honestly. So then when like little things like that went

wrong, I'm just like, oh, really bad sleep schedule for sure. Like, which is my fault. It's definitely my
