Try 45 hours a week, okay?

That may be the average.

But what about millennials, those who are 28 to 49 years old?

Oh, this is bad.

They're clocking 60 hours a week sitting down, 60 hours a week.

Of course, this raises the risk of heart and circulatory problems.

And so what you want to do is maybe stand up.

But wait, no, there was another survey that said if you have one of those standing desks,
