All right. Hello, friends. Welcome to the Gritty Podcast. I'm going to go over some gear today with you. See my breath?

It's springtime. It was like 70 degrees three days ago. I was in my t-shirt on this mountain and now there's snow. I'm a little pissed off. I don't, I don't care for the cold so much.

But, uh, yeah, it is almost upon us the spring and I am getting ready to go on, uh, some

black bear trips. I've got three planned, be gone for about six weeks. So I'm going to really put a lot of gear to the

test this spring and hopefully come back with some pretty awesome backcountry adventures.

But today, what I thought I'd do, I'm still going over my kid and what I'm deciding to

bring with me on these trips and what not to bring. And of course, as the season changes, that adjusts as well.

So what I thought I'd do today, because I am giving away a grizzly bear hunt through

Peaks equipment, I'm going to go over some of the things that I'm thinking about this season, pull in some thoughts on some of

this peaks equipment that I have.

This isn't just a straight sales pitch.

It's legit what I'm using and what I think is the best, and I'll tell you why.

But also, it's a good time.

One of those too good to be true sort of products.

This Cruxley Solar Panel was 250 bucks.

And I sprung for it because I was like, man, it's 25 watts.

And the thing is like so lightweight, paperweight.
