In California, a mom is convicted of trying to drown her infant's son 10 years ago

and is now charged with killing her seven and 11 year old boys by drowning them in

two feet of water. And then two words, meth allocators.

But first, an update to a case we've been monitoring very closely

an unhappy ending out of Kentucky.
