Yes, yes, and once again, yes, welcome everybody to Therapy Thursday. I have been waiting for you to

join us for this moment, for this time. I firmly believe that this is going to help somebody

have a different perspective, but before we dive into this afternoon, this evening's conversation,

this therapy Thursday session, you'd know how I like to do. Find somebody up and down the chat

and let them know that I'm proud of you for showing up for therapy. I'll wait. Find somebody right

now. We want this to be in an encouraging thread.

Encourage a brother. Encourage a sister. You do not know what battles they possibly have gone

through. You don't know the warfare. The reports, the incidents, the layoffs, the passing of loved

ones. We don't know what anybody is going through. So in this moment and this time, we want to encourage one another.

At least you are here.

Sometimes the greatest step that you could make is showing up.

That's it.
