You know, a lot of people deal with grief on a regular basis, and sometimes it's difficult

to think about, you know, what are some ways, what are some things I can do to help people process

their grief?

So the first part of this class, we're going to talk about what grief is and conceptualize

it in terms of any loss, not just loss of a person or death.

We'll identify how failure to deal with grief can impact people, explore the stages of grief,

and review activities and interventions
