Well, last night we started a little two-part series on grief and loneliness, which to some

might sound like a, not a very encouraging subject, but the fact is, is there's a lot of lonely

people, and there's a lot of people that are grieving, and so it's a subject that needs to be discussed.

And even if you don't need it right now, that doesn't mean that you won't need it at some

time in your life.

You know, I think we all run into times in our lives where we feel like we're in a crisis.

But there is an upside to crisis because a crisis requires you to make a decision.

When you come to a point of crisis, it requires you to make a decision.

You've either got to go over or under, you've got to go backward or forward, you've got

to get bitter, or you've got to get better.

I think even something as simple as getting on the scale and realizing that you weigh more

than you've ever weighed in your whole life, that can be a crisis point to some people,

where they have to make a decision, that's it.
