Yo, technology. What is it all about? That was the first time that I experienced the willingness

of people to take a chance on you if you're willing to go above and beyond. And that's a theme

that has been reoccurring throughout my whole life. Yeah. So you show up to an industrial yard

with a cream-colored three-piece suit, you like hire me.

And yeah, I think most people have opportunities just sitting there.

Exciting times here at DITV HQ.

This week, we have our first, our first in-person podcast since February of 2020.

Now, it's funny because before the pandemic, I did everything in my power to never do remote pods, to always be sitting in the same room with the person.

And my thought was that it would just make for a more natural, better conversation.

You're in the room.

You can kind of read a person better, get a sense of them,

get that bit of extra kind of color.

Now, having done almost a year and a half all remote, I think I was right and wrong.

So doing the pot over Zoom isn't bad.

It's actually way better than I thought it would be. And sometimes it's great. It can be a

reasonable facsimile of the kind of, let's call it the old school way of doing things. So it is better

than I thought it would be. But I have to say that as a general rule, it's just, it isn't quite as

good. You're just missing that little few percent extra that you can get when you're doing it in person.

So my hope is that going forward as we start to transition back to more kind of normal life,

quote unquote, California just opened this week.
