So the most troubling thing about judge Brett Kavanaugh,

maybe his partisanship or his disregard for starry decisis,

is rather retrograde stances on gun control.

And you know, there's also the fact that he's a perfect embodiment

of the charge of elitism.

Listen, I'm not against elitism, I'm kind of pro-elitism,

but this guy really was born with a silver spoon in his mouth

and then spent much of his career taste-testing the cutlery collection

of various members of the Bush dynasty.

And okay, he's got some nice traits too.

He's smart.

He's apparently something of the Brad Stevens

of suburban DC girls basketball.

That's great.

Let me now list the least troubling thing,

which isn't to say the thing that is not troubling.

It is troubling, but it's on the list

that probably comes in last.
