0:55.0	So Gretchen, let's start off with you sharing a little bit about yourself and your background.
1:01.0	Yeah. So I am an occupational therapist by trade,
1:06.0	treated clinically with the older adults and adult rehab population for approximately six years.
1:15.0	And during my time in the hospital and senior living community saw a huge gap in accessible housing,
1:22.0	they discharged people home, and then their homes didn't serve them well,
1:27.0	so they would come back to the hospital, come back to rehab,
1:31.0	and that drove me crazy.
