Christmas I hope you're having just the best last few days of the holiday season that is so sad the holiday season is by far my favorite time of the year but I think we can all agree that we're happy that 20-20 is over not that we're gonna wake up tomorrow and everything is going to be

fixed but I do think a new year just represents a new start and even almost like a

new phase of life or a new chapter, however you want to view it.

And I am definitely someone who's into resolutions and goals.

And if you're one of those people who hates them and makes fun of people for making them like maybe re-evaluate because I don't

think it's cool to make fun of people when they're just trying to better their lives

for themselves and those around them. Today we have Gretchen Garrity on. You guys know her, you love her. She has been so requested to come on the

podcast and I thought she would be the perfect guest for our New Year's Eve episode because she is just the nicest,

kindest, most positive person and she, I don't know, I really love her outlook and her perspective on life, on how she deals with things.

We talk a lot about what do you do when things don't go your way, we talk a little bit about

heartbreak and breakups and how to navigate change and

you know living a life that you didn't see coming and you didn't expect and I think you guys

are really going to enjoy this episode.
