What do you feel like is your greatest lesson in life so far?

Realizing that you can actually jump off that cliff and survive.

And as scary as it is and was,

that it was worth it and not just for me but for all the other women who never had a voice and for my children. I believe that each and every one of us has the power within ourselves to create the life that we really want and I want to help give you the tools to make that happen. I'm Danica Patrick and I'm pretty intense.

Today is the very, very brave Gretchen Carlson. She's a journalist, a

whistleblower and an empowerment advocate.

The things that she's doing nowadays to change the laws

to give women more of a voice are brave and important.

She of course has been a whistleblower for situations that have gone on all over the place in the workplace with the way that women are treated

and of course the way that she was treated. Her bravery and confidence there was changing the face of culture. It's not to be

understated at all. And of course we know her from watching her on TV for so many years. But what you didn't know is that she was a prodigy violinist. She was Miss America. And of course then she went on to be on television and become a household name.

There really isn't anything that Gretchen doesn't set her mind to that she doesn't seem to be able to accomplish.

And we dove into just how she does that.

And her mindset and what gets her to be in the position that she's in to be able to

accomplish great things as well as you know the values that she wants to now

instill into her kids

based on all of her life experiences.

She's a very, very brave woman,

and I have so much admiration for all of the changes

that she's trying to make happen in the world to bring and solve

on an even playing field and have respect to go both ways in an equal way.
