In the UK's capital, more than seven years after a fire in a high-rise apartment building,

Grenfell Tower in West London, killed 72 people. It was the worst residential fire in Britain

since World War II. An inquiry into the fire has just come out with its final

report which includes some scathing

criticisms directed at a number of companies and levels of the UK government.

But first, a reminder of what happened that night in June 2017.

Many people are feared to have died after a fire engulfed a tar block in West London.

Twelve people are known to have been killed,

but police expect that figure to rise.
