I always enjoyed talking to Greg when I was covering him because I always felt I learned something

and I felt like he was somebody who was really, really good at you.

First of all, he built a really good staff here.

And secondly, I felt like he found ways to use every player he had.

And he would find packages for him.

And he would talk like you listen to

how many packages that he would have now as a defensive guy back then there's sometimes there's 20

some packages but he would find things for guys like this guy does this find a package that

suits those strengths i always felt like that was very very smart and and that's why he was a

really good defensive coordinator.

So, but I wanted to find out from him just, like, what is it, what does it take to turn around a defense? You know, what, how do you go about doing that? What's important as a defense coordinator? I know people talk a lot about scheme, but listen to what he talks about is important. Then I ask him about like some guys who are like, who does he like to watch as a defensive coordinator?

And then talk about offense, talk about Jane Downs, all that good stuff. So stay tuned for that. I'll get to that in about 30 seconds because I don't have a whole lot of updates. I'm actually recording this before the weekend starts because I'm going to be out of town. If there's any big news,

then I'll either re-record this or you'll see it on ESPN social media, whatever,

but I am not expecting them to hire a head coach, excuse me, a head coach, a defensive coordinator

before, certainly early in the week. So anyways, that's all I got, folks.
