I'm your host, Tommy Ashley, joined by Greg Barnes and Ross Martin, Day 2, or Opportunity 2

0:20.5

for Inside Carolina and other media to

0:22.5

view practice and get some comments from the players and coaches after practice. Ross, I'll start

0:27.6

with you first. Sort of the big takeaway that you had from today out in Keenden Stadium.

0:33.6

Yeah, I mean, we asked, obviously we saw 30 minutes of practice, but afterwards, I asked

0:37.4

a whole player about, you know, what is kind of different from this camp, kind of thinking about the fact that Bubba Cunningham and Coach Medora had talked about, you know, really reflecting on what they can change to recovery wise and rest wise and just do what they can to limit the injuries this year.

1:29.6

these guys into the ground in August, they're not going to be ready to go in September and

1:34.1

October. So I think that was kind of critical to see that change. It seems like it's been something

1:40.1

the staff and the training staff have talked about and there have been some changes implemented into how camp works.

1:48.2

And I thought that was kind of interesting as kind of a broader takeaway as we stand now on Thursday,

1:54.0

the sixth practice of camp.

1:56.1

Greg, that's a big deal.

1:58.2

I think, you know, it's not like Fedora to ease off at all.
