the kind of funny podcast of me interviewing a chef I really like has fallen through. And so today

without Tim, Greg and Nick are doing a one-on-one kind of funny podcast on the 11th of September.

I'm sure he's just thrilled and all the shenanigans we're going to get up to. You can just hear the spirit of Tim Gettys going he's like already writing the apology. He doesn't know who he's apologizing to, but he wrote the apology. He's got Facebook over. He's got all of them over on Twitter over and Blue Sky Over.

Oh my God. Nick, how are you? I'm doing well, Greg. Thanks for inviting me to be a part of the podcast. I heard you were bummed out when you weren't going to be a part of it because, of course, we had planned it while you were gone.

Yes. No, I wasn't bummed at all. I just had stuff I'm doing today off camera and I was like, hey, I'll just, you know, if Greg needs me, if you wanted a third.

Because interviews are fun, but sometimes it's nice to have me as a buffer in there, you know,

a little commentary here and there, have some fun.

But I was looking forward to hearing what the chef had to say.

You eat fairly healthfully. You eat pretty healthy. Thank you. Thank you. But you do extremes sometimes. And so for a person like myself who gets a Trent to ice coffee, you taking out this tiny little cup and saucer. Can we show this to the audience? They know it well. This is, of course, my roosters Animal Crossing, the roost. Yeah, and putting in what I would say, and I don't mean this as a pejorative, but I kind of do mean it as a pejorative. A European amount of ice in this coffee cup. I, e, when I go to, I ask for ice coffee in Spain, they were like, sure, and they put one thing of ice in there.

I was like, no, I needed to be filled with ice. I'm an American. Okay. Our larges would be outrageous to other countries. Like I ordered a venty ice coffee in Spain. It was that size. And I was like, what is this bullshit? it.
