I don't like the vaccine mandates.

I've been very clear about that. This is an opinion show. I'm allowed to say that we've been frustrated for a long time. And we have finally won something. It's not total victory. It's a temporary victory. But it looks like it's going to stick. The Fifth Circuit overturned Joe Biden's ridiculous vaccine mandate under OSHA.

It was stayed.

There was a temporary hold on it.

This is going to be great.

Now, remember back in September when Joe came out and said this?

The occupational safety and health administration, OSHA, issued a rule to require employers with 100 or more employees to ensure that each of their workers is fully vaccinated or tests negative for COVID-19 at least once a week.

Okay, they did that because Joe Biden and his chief of staff and the whole Biden administration found an end around, all right?

A workaround, if you will.

They didn't want to go through the trouble of passing a law, so they went through the bureaucracy.

The judges totally called them out on that.
