Some very good news. Newsmax and DirecTV have reached a business agreement that our channel will return to all DirecTV, DirecTV stream,

and U-Verse customers on Thursday, March 23rd, which is tomorrow.

Direct TV has consistently expressed their interest in providing Newsmax to its subscribers

and made it clear that they wished we had never left, which is why we are glad to have reached

an agreement. Now, this marks the end of a process that began a few months ago when we were

initially unable to reach mutually acceptable financial terms for them to carry news, Max,

leaving DirecTV without the rights to air our channel. DirecTV's position has consistently been that they were never about limiting conservative voices

and that they were acting on financial considerations with a commitment to providing its customers

with the best programming at the best value while maintaining a diversified programming lineup.

Newsmax now accepts that position.

Now, carriage disputes like the one we resolve with DirecTV are a common occurrence in our industry.

Direct TV has reached agreements with plenty of networks across the political spectrum over the past few years.

We thank DirecTV for its support over the years.

It actually helped Newsmax get its start nearly a decade ago,

and it's been a great distributor ever since,
