You heard about it, right?

9 to 0 President Trump can remain on the ballot.

Fabulous, this was always supposed to be. It was a joke

that this issue came up to begin with. So a great decision, but I'm not going to overly celebrate

because I've got my reservations about the Supreme Court. Yeah. And they're not done.

And we're not done. All right there, many battles left to fight.

But regarding an insurrection,

we all know that this is not an insurrection.

The Colorado Supreme Court actually said in its ruling

that was just overturned by the Supreme Court

that that speech somehow wasn't protected by the First Amendment.

Utterly insane.

But again, this Supreme Court, I mean, who do we have?

We have Chief Justice Roberts.

It was a nine to zero decision.

Okay, great.

But is this some sort of, I don't't know tradeoff or for something else down the

pike I I just have doubts about this guy here's a man who did not step up for

Justice Kavanaugh when there was a mob outside of his house ready to burn it down

these guys should have been moved to military bases everything should have on the table. I feel like Justice Roberts sometimes has his own agenda, the prestige of the court. I don't know, because we never hear from him, right? He's like some sort of a monk. I don't get it. Presidential immunity is the next issue that they're going to have to tackle, and that's going to happen in April. And yeah, to me, this is a no-brainer, all right?
