all morning long we have to ask you about that. Is that an instant firing or if not, are there

instant fireable offenses? You are Mr. H.R. What say you? Well, let's do the latter part of the

question first. There are lots of instant fireable offenses, and we can get into that.

But with respect to the C word, it may seem obvious that the answer would be yes, but it's not,

because it depends, use of profanity, even the most obscene profanities like the C word and the N word,

which in a derogatory statement, it depends on the context.

So let me give you an example.

There's a corporate environment, but there's also other work environments like a locker room

where words are tossed around and

more commonly so it really depends and those words too and so it really depends on the context

and what is considered acceptable or crossing a line depending on the context.

But for the vast majority of employees who work in a regular office or any kind of regular job

that's not like a locker room, yes, you are likely going to get fired if you call a co-worker
