I'm sure normally what happens is, you know, the offensive coordinator gives Bill sort of like a wish list.

This is what I think we need to evolve as far as, you know, do they need a fullback?

Do we, you know, this is what we need?

And then in years past, it's, you know, whether Bill wants to go and get it or not. And sort of like a pecking order. Like, you know, this would be my, my choice in the draft as far as this position and things like that. And sometimes Bill just defaults to his comfort level, which is defense.

And then all of a sudden, you know, the guys that they want are not there and things like that.
