How are you doing? It's your boy, John DeMackery, with you for another episode of the Knicks Film School podcast. I am, if I sound excited, if there sounds like there's a little tingle in my voice, that's because I just got done, actually, with the interview that you were about to hear. And it was a treat. It was a real treat. So if you've been on Twitter, if you have watched the Nick Game at all this season

and seen the commercials on MSG, if you have been to MSG in the recent future or in the recent past, or any time this

season, you saw his, he has a little billboard up.

I talked to very long-time Nick fan Greg Armstrong.

He is a little bit of a minor celebrity in some circles, as he should be, because he is certainly my

embodiment of a true Nick fan. He's been rooting for the team for almost 50 years, been a season

ticket holder for almost 27. You know, and as basketball has, you know, there's not a whole lot of Nick's news right now.

And I'll, we're, I got some more draft prospect stuff lined up.

But we still got a bunch of weeks of the draft and even longer until free agency.

So I really wanted to try to continue to get some different guests on the pod and get some different, you know, get a different

feel because, like, I love talking to people who analyze basketball for a living and

people who coach it and people who used to play it or whatever.

But I have to say, talking to Greg about, you know, almost half a century as a Nick fan and those memories

and experiences, it was, uh, it was a good reminder of why I, I do this every, every day, um,

because he, he just, you know, he bleeds orange and blue.
