bill.

Our bill reduces inflation, lowers costs, creates millions of manufacturing jobs, enhances

our energy security and is the boldest climate package in U.S. history.

Just two weeks ago, such ambitious legislation seemed out of reach.

Then Joe Manchin, West Virginia senior senator, reversed course and said he'd support it.
