And this week, Jasmine is chatting with Katie Cantrell and Ilana Braverman.

Katie's been on the podcast before.

And so this is something of a catch-up interview,

but it's such a wonderful topic. I can't wait to catch up with them. And they're going to be

telling us about this amazing work being done by greener by default. Its goal is to change what

people choose when they go into cafeterias, and maybe in some other venues as well, without taking

away their ability to choose, like people will still be able, they can't say, oh, you know, these crazy

vegans, they're coming in and they're stopping me from eating my dead cows.

Everybody will still have choices, but they have come up with ways to help people make better choices. I just really love

this. Yeah, they are incredible humans doing incredible work, and I know this will resonate with so

many of you. By the way, speaking of resonating with you, I want to tell you that I was just

driving to get home in time. I can't believe you're going to like tell

this story. All right. Go ahead. It's bothering me and this is what I do when things bother me.

I put them on to other people so that they are then bothered. Isn't that the point of a podcast?

Anyway, I was driving home and I was at a stop sign or stoplight and there were a bunch of cars stopped.

And the car in front of me was a truck that was for a flooring company.

And he opened his window and threw out a wrapper.

And I thought, this is where I went.

I was like, oh, he dropped something.
