Summary

The Green Bay Packers went in to Pittsburgh and stomped the Steelers as Jordan Love outdueled Aaron Rodgers, but the Steelers porous defense continues to be the biggest issue in the Steel City. The NFC looked to be the tougher conference through seven weeks of the NFL season, but Week 8 exposed a few teams for the frauds they are. Like the Chicago Bears, who fell to the Baltimore Ravens 30-16 even without Lamar Jackson in the lineup. The Dallas Cowboys also got rolled by the Denver Broncos reminding us they are not to be taken seriously. Similarly, the New York Giants are officially done after getting handled by the Philadelphia Eagles and dropping to 2-6. In the NFC South, two teams we thought could be interesting, the Atlanta Falcons and Carolina Panthers, both got absolutely whooped in their games in Week 8. Even with backup quarterbacks in, it would be hard to see the outcomes being significantly different.
