Hi everyone, I've got some really good news for you all. We received two gold awards at the Signal

podcast awards. We received one for Best Sleep Podcast and we received the other for Best Listeners Choice podcast too.

I want to thank everyone who listens to the show and especially to everyone who voted for us to win in their listeners' choice awards.

I really appreciate everyone who spent their time registering and voting for us.

It's meant so much to me and everyone who works on the show. And I really want to thank you

We changed the artwork of Sleepcove to show that we won the award as well, so you might be

This has really motivated us to go ahead and make some really good content for you.

We've got a few changes on the show coming up in the next few weeks. Spotify are really promoting video podcasts at the

moment. And very soon we're going to be having videos on the podcast and that will probably

eventually come through on Apple Podcasts too, if you listen there.

Also, it looks very likely for our premium listeners, we're going to be moving to Patreon.

At the moment on the premium feed, you can't really engage with me much.

You can't really vote on episodes or put requests in or comment on episodes.

But we're going to go on Patreon and there you can vote for the episode you want to see.

You'll be able to comment.

I'm going to be doing live streams, live meditations, live hypnosis,

and all our podcasts are going to be on there as well.
