Have you ever thought about what it means to have great faith?

There is two people in the Bible where Jesus describes them as having great faith.

And it's not maybe who you think it is. It's not Moses, it's not Abraham, it's not even

Peter when he walked on water. In that situation, Jesus said that he had little faith because

he doubted. But there is a little old

canonite woman and a sick daughter and he said that she had great faith

there also was a centurion, and he said, you have great faith.

Those people are both non-Jewish.

They would have been considered pagan.

They would have been considered non-believers even

or outside of the community of faith.

Yet Jesus says they have great faith.

So today we're gonna talk about the second one, the Canaanite woman and the second one

mentioned in the book of Matthew because we talked about the centurion already and

what it means to have great faith.
