Hello everybody I'm John Fawcett with this Great America Show update.

It's been one month since the passing of the Great Lou Dobbs.

Lou was indeed a patriot, a warrior, a champion for truth, justice, and the American way,

and so much more than that that we could spend hours talking about it.

To me, Lou was a mentor, a best friend, a guiding light, and a voice of reason I never knew I needed.

I have worked for Lou for the last almost six years,

from various roles with him at Fox News.

Starting out as his assistant and working my way up the ladder

to a producer, a writer, an on-air reporter for his number one show,

Lou Dobsonite.

Almost three years ago I started this show with him as his executive producer.

After Foxo cowardly canceled his show, Dobbs tonight, Lou was not ready to give up the fight.

In fact, it only made him want to fight for this republic even more.

As such an accomplished person with such a distinguished career,

Lou could have wrote off into the sunset and enjoyed the retirement he so deserved.

That was not in the cards for Lou.

He knew in his heart that his millions of followers out there needed him more than ever and so the Great America show was started.

Lou worked tireless hours to put on this program and even started back up his hour-long TV show

Lou Dobbs tonight which aired every night on Frank's speech and he even

hosted an hour long radio show every Sunday on W ABC Radio in New York City.

This is what Lou loved to do. So working seven days a week was Lou's idea of retirement.
