Sometimes if you get out of that practice, then we actually start to like, whether it's a conscious or subconscious,

Instead, we just think about what bothers us or doesn't bother us. And that's the thing with vices and virtues, right? Yeah. V virtues are like spiritual muscles that you're going to strengthen and just like you with your physical muscles. That means you practice them. You practice. You're going to have to work them out. And when you don't is when the vices are going to come in and atrophy that muscle.

I worked night shift last night and now I'm here awake with you people during the daytime. And it's fine. And it's fine. Would you prefer the night? I would love it if we did a night shift podcast one time just to kind of accommodate me. I'm game. I'm a night now. I can hang. You just said that any time after 7 p.m. feels like 2 a.m. Yes. And you love 2 a.m. I do love 2 a.m. I love that time right after the kids go to bed. And then it's like, I get a second win. Yeah.
