And on this podcast, we are discussing the emotion of gratitude. And I'm sure a lot of you have heard the buzz about a gratitude

practice. And it's real and it really makes a difference. And when we practice gratitude,

what we're doing is we're working with an elevated

emotion. Elevated emotions are emotions that raise our frequency. An elevated emotion could be love,

joy, happiness, and gratitude. And there's been a lot of studies done where they found that

when people count their blessings, not only are they happier,

but they are healthier. When we tap into gratitude, it helps lift depression and anxiety.

It helps alleviate stress. It helps improve relationships. It helps us connect with others and not

feel so isolated. It also helps us make positive physical changes in our actual brains.

And it helps improve our immunity.

So a gratitude practice can actually be a practice of self-healing on many levels,
