I hope everybody is doing well. However, this podcast finds you, whether you're listening to the morning, evening, night, weekend, weekday, you know, whatever it is, hopefully, you know, this will be the right message at the right time to get you motivated. I'm very excited about this one. I've been, I've actually been busy. You know, I've got some good news. I kind of hinted at it in the last podcast, and it's part of the reason why there was a break between podcasts, but, you know, not the exact reason. I could always find time.

And if you've been listening to or listened to these for a while, you know,

there's been talk about like adjusting your schedule and having a schedule that, um,

sets you up to win.

And, you know, what I'm finding is it's, at least for me in this time,

it's difficult to just have like one set schedule and then stick with it.

You know, things come up and cause you to change.

So that's some of the things we're going to be talking about today.

But before we get started, I obviously want to clear our minds and get focused and just kind of zero in for a few minutes here and get some positivity and some,

you know, hopefully wise words from somebody wiser than me and inspiration to go from there.
