So welcome to our Rosary meditation.

I am blessed this evening to be at the Thors.

We've had friendship and good conversation and now we're

praying the rosary together. So let's begin in the name of the Father and the

son and the Holy Spirit and let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for.

We continue to ask for the intercession of Pauline, Jericho for the complete healing of

Olivia Canili. today is day 59 without any seizure clusters.

And now we'll pause for a moment and you can call to mind your own petitions.

The Gospel for today is about the 10 lepers that were healed,

but only one thank Jesus. Now it can be hard to be grateful

0:55.9

in suffering or difficult times, but what is really crazy about us humans is that

we seem to fail to be grateful even in good times.

We tend to take the generosity of God and all our blessings for granted.

Look at the 10 lepers. They've just been healed of a devastating

terminal illness and yet how many of them remember to go back and say thank you? Just

one. That's it. Something got in the way of their gratitude and something gets in the way of

the way of our gratitude, gratitude.

Something makes us forget to say to God, thank you.

And this failure in gratitude blocks our happiness.

See, gratitude refers to both a feeling of appreciation and to a

display of thankfulness towards our benefactor and where the display is absent, the feeling also will quickly
