Summary

In today’s episode, I join Jack Wagoner of The Grateful Podcast to explore what true fulfillment looks like when success on paper leaves you feeling empty. At 31, I had wealth, fame, and my dream marriage, yet I was missing the consistent pursuit of my potential. Jack and I talk about the paradox of gratitude and ambition, the cycle of giving and receiving, and how abundance comes from perspective rather than possessions. We discuss simple but powerful daily practices like saying thank you, finding light and lessons in struggle, and learning to stop, drop, and roll when fear sets in to get out of our own way.

So if fame and money aren't what people are missing to make them feel fulfilled and whole,

of pursuing my potential. You see, what was missing in my life is I wasn't enjoying

0:38.5

like I did previously, the consistent every day, persistent without quit, pursuit of my potential,

0:46.5

my truth. I was buying things I didn't need to impress people I didn't like. I wasn't living

for the sake of something. I was living,

0:56.2

I'll be happy when. And it never came. And it just led to more emptiness. And fulfillment comes

1:04.2

when we're able and we're capable of helping others. And when we're able and capable of

1:09.3

helping others, including being married to your

1:12.5

dream girl, making more money and helping more people than you ever imagine, that's where fulfillment

lies. And it took me that $100 million to reinvest in myself by losing it all to pay the dummy

1:25.4

tax so that my wife, my mom, my dad, my best friend could save my

life and I could live my life with the values, no coincidence of gratitude, forgiveness,

accountability, and effective communication.

Love it.

So I have started this podcast based on a little equation hypothesis that I have. And it's
