Thanksgiving is not just a holiday.

It is a way of life.

As we study the scriptures with Scott Pauley today,

we pray that God will help us learn how to develop grateful hearts and hopes.

Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

That's our verse this week. Ephesians

chapter 5 verse number 20 and it is so packed with truth. Giving thanks. That's the action of thanks.

You know, as a father, so many times when our children were very young,

something. We're teaching them to be thankful to us. That's a good thing. I think in our homes we should be thankful to one another.

Remember Ephesians 5 is the context of the family.

So husbands should be grateful for their wives and wives for their husbands.

Young people, be thankful to your parents.

Be grateful for every blessing that God has bestowed upon your life.
