I promise we'll get something out of God's word today.

In fact, if you could just stop, before we stop everyone,

before we set up the Christmas tree and put up all the lights,

and I'm sure you're doing a lot of that already.

But before we get into all the great that is to come,

I think sometimes we think that Turkey and Thanksgiving

are synonymous, and they're not. And as I prayed about this, I thought we could spend just a little

bit of time making sure that we haven't missed the powerful message of what thankfulness really is.

This message is called the gratitude attitude.

And any of you all fly a lot?

Fly very much?

I used to fly a ton still fly way too much.

Don't like it. Always hate when you feel that bump, bump, you know, and like, where's this going? I told the men back in October that when the plane would lurch or there would be big turbulence, I used to, when I was young, I was like, oh, no, oh no. I'm a little older. I'm kind of like, eh, you know, I've had a good life and I got life insurance all purchased.

Heaven would be awesome, you know.

But regardless of that, I got thinking this week about plane crashes.

You know, Thanksgiving and everything.

There's been a lot of them.

American Airlines Flight 191, 273 fatalities.

American Airlines Flight 587, 265 fatalities.
