God I love, I love therapy and I love going to

going to therapy because I'm like,

oh, I never thought about it that way.

Oh, yes, tell me more.

I've been more involved now in emotional trauma.

Have you heard about this?

So I dive deep into it because now, you know, with the whole breakup and all,

it's like, I know that I'm fully responsible for it because I took the measure and I

canceled it. I was like not going to do it, you know? But saying that I was like

why do I feel there are moments where I feel false guilt. Yeah. I had a nightmare last night. I woke up in the

middle of night like crying my eyes out. And it's it I was like where is this coming from so I started you know really really diving deep on like the four agreements and trying to really learn to like be impeccable with your word not taking anything personally

But then it goes even further and I've been researching like just emotional trauma and like, okay, why is this affecting me?

Why am I taking such, like, why am I giving it such power?

You know, why do I feel guilty?

And really it comes down to something that had happened yeah in always like a past

relationship or a childhood whatever and it can be something as simple of being

like oh well that makes sense okay cool I'm over right now well I've I've said this before on
