And we'll get into your business and what you're up to today.

But before we do, let's talk about what you were doing just prior to your business of real estate

lead generation?

So prior to, I mean it's a good story.

So I went into business for myself and I was like 19. I never understood the concept of exchanging my time for money, you know, going to a job and getting paid $8 an hour. So I think I had one job my entire life. I was always the guy that was going to go out and figure something out on my own.

And when I was 19 I tore my elbow out playing a little college baseball for the second and third surgery and I kind of decided that
