yesterday there was a roster move as the Kings waved, Nemias Kata, and New Orleans Noel.

It's not a big deal, okay? I don't know why they signed Noel in the first place. The guy obviously

can't play. There's a reason why he's been on so many teams and why he has been

available. But let's say I'm wrong and let's say he can play a little bit. Here's what you have to remember.

Okay? What matters on an NBA roster are your top 10 players? Okay, you win and lose with

the top 10 guys. You don't win and lose with the guys at the end of the

bench 11 12 and 13. Can they throw out a long season maybe help you win a

game? Yes, we saw it last year with Rishon Holmes when he played when the Kings needed him down in LA against the Lakers and played very well.

But you don't win or lose with the guys at the end of the bench.

So had they kept Quetta, had they kept Noel, it really doesn't matter.

All right? Those guys are not going to make a difference to your bottom line.

Please, don't make a big deal about roster moves that don't impact the top 10 guys.
