So I would think when you get to the big league level you would know how to run from home plate to first to second the third and then

back home again. But every time I watch a major league game seemingly there are base running mistakes. Dusty Baker

Astro's manager said a couple of weeks ago that the base running and

Major League Baseball is as bad as it's ever been.

And my question is, why?

How the hell hard is it?

Seriously, I mean, you've been playing the game since you were a little kid.

You don't know how to run the

bases yet I mean I watch games and I see mistakes made all the time guys that

don't know the rules guys that instead of being on third jog out of the box they end up on second

guys stretch doubles in the singles because they're not running hard and when they get on

the bases they're making mistakes they're not listening to the coaches

they're running through stop signs at third they're on second with less than two out

there's no force ball hit in front of them they still run the third it's an easy out I mean I see it all the

freaking time do these guys not care I mean how hard is it seriously how freaking hard is it to run the bases?

You've been doing it your entire life.
