Summary

So when a rule is made, somebody, or a collective somebody had a reason for making that rule. Let's not get into the discussion of why or how the rule came to be, just that it's there for a reason. In the case of the Olympics, rules are influenced by all the countries involved, not just the United States. So if you break a rule, own it and suffer the consequences. Or don't break them. Period. You too Chris Webber. Just because the rule changed some 30 years later doesn't mean what you did is now OK. Reggie Bush, no, you don't get the Heisman back. What's wrong with people?
