I got to tell you I was wrong.

I thought the Minnesota Denver series was over after game five when

N.C.O-Yolch and the nuggets steamrolled over Minnesota.

I mean it was like men against boys but now the timber wolves think about this

they hold the nuggets to 160 points over the final two games.

98.90 yesterday, down by 20, did not give up,

and they win the game despite shooting under 40% from the field

and under 30% from downtown. Why? Denver was only 41 percent from the floor and

8 of 33 from beyond the arc for 24 percent. 9890. So you got Anthony Edwards, you got Carl Anthony Towns, Mike Conley, Rudy

Goberg going on to take on the Dallas Mavericks. Again 9890 and I got to give the Timberwolves a lot of credit they got up off the

mat and they found a way to get it done and they got it done with defense.

The biggest loser of the weekend ABC and ESPN because the Knicks lost at home to the Pacers 1.30 to 109.

Of course with J. L. Brunson in a fractured hand probably would have been a fourgame sweep and the ratings would have suffered but you know

had Brunson not broken his hand and the Knicks had prevailed that would have been an absolute

ratings blockbuster you know it's a shame because the Pacers are good. They really are and King's fans watching Tyries Halliburton lead his team on the road in game 7 to the Eastern Conference finals has to be a little bit painful and he's not even close to being in his prime.

He's the real freaking deal.

So he got Indiana, a very good team.

Boston, to me the best team remaining in the east and in the west Minnesota and Dallas.
