So, the NBA lottery, I've been talking about this for years.

It makes absolutely no sense to me.

I mean, now it's even worse than it was. You end up with the

worst record in the NBA and you only have a 14% chance of landing the top

pick like the Pistons and they get number five because a team like Atlanta who had only a 3% chance

gets very lucky and they get the number one pick Sacramento 13 where they should be

but I mean the NBA draft lottery has to change all right it has to change you got to change the odds if you have the worst record in the NBA

You got to have more than what a 14% chance all right in the NFL you have the worst record, you get the number one pick.

I like that system.

And yes, I'm aware that Tanking has entered play and that, you know, that's not good for the league and not good for the fans but that doesn't

really happen that much and again if you want to have the lottery how about maybe

making it seven teams or eight teams you know the team that finishes with the

tenth worst record like the Atlanta Hawks

should not have a chance to get the number one pick. It's a bad system. I mean how are the real bad

team supposed to get better if they keep getting screwed every year in the

NBA draft lottery because the odds make absolutely no sense. You know what I

say? Reduce it to seven teams. If you have the worst record in the

NBA you have a 50% chance of landing the top pick I could live with that

But you know a team like Sacramento who wins 46 games should not have a chance that the number one pick.
