Arguably the most important home stand of the year

begins tonight for Sacramento as they will host the

Philadelphia 76ers. The Sixers played yesterday afternoon and beat the

clippers. The Kings meanwhile will be their third game in four nights after a long cross-country trip from

Orlando.

Vendallis comes in for a pair of games, followed by the Jazz and the LA Clippers.

The Kings, the Sons, and the Maves in a virtual

three-way tie currently only one of those teams in all likelihood

will be in the top six. I'm not ruling out fifth but the pelicans seem to be

playing well even without Brandon Ingram. So the Sons and the Maves challenging the

Kings for that final lock-in playoff spot at number six.

If not, it's into the play-in and currently you have the Lakers and the Warriors fighting

it out with the Rockets for two of the final three spots. So no messing around a team that has

owned Sacramento as of late Philadelphia. They do not match up well the Kings

with the Sixers. We saw that earlier in this season when the

Kings were in Philadelphia and they got blown out however this is a different

looking team without Herder and with Ellis and the starting lineup a better defensive team and we'll see if that bodes well for a Sixers team that has really been up and down
