Summary

Load management they call it. It's the term for players getting paid to not do their job. That's right. Millions of dollars to sit on the bench and just take a break. Rest. What a crock of crap that is. Fans come to see healthy players do what they're supposed to do and that is play hard and win. Not to see their favorite player kickin' it on the bench while the team is getting beat since they're not out there. And how about once in a lifetime fans who can't afford multiple tickets bringing their kids to see that favorite player play and that's the night he decides, or he and the medical team decide it's a good night for a break. Rest. LeBron is who LeBron is arguably because he knows he's paid to play. Michael Jordan, same thing. These guys don't rest. They play.
