Another game, another loss for the Sacramento Kings.

Now three games under 500 at 9 and 12, and a very disappointing 4 and 7 at home with the Houston Rockets coming up next.

You know, I got a question for you because it seems to me that the King's players are not listening to Mike Brown.

I watch Mike Brown's postgame press conferences, particularly the last two games after Portland

and then last night after San Antonio.

And he keeps talking about not following the game plan, not doing the little things,

guys not doing what they're supposed to do.

Isn't that not listening to the coach?

I mean, after the Portland game, I heard Coach Brown say that the guys did not do what they went over in shootaround, that they

weren't following the instructions. Again, are they not listening to the coach? Last night, after

the loss of San Antonio, again, Coach Brown talking about the guys aren't doing the little things.

They're not doing this. They're not doing that. We talk to them. We call timeouts. We try to get them to do this. And then they do something else.

Again, I have to wonder, have the guys tuned out Mike Brown? Because it sure seems that way based on what

he says in the postgame press conferences. Here's what I do know. The Kings are about one bad week away, and I know

they just had two bad weeks, but they're about another bad week away from being too far in the

basement to climb out and be relevant in the West. Everyone else keeps winning and the Kings

keep losing. And I don't expect to wake up tomorrow.

And all of a sudden, the Kings are a good defensive team,

and they're able to defend the perimeter,

and they're going to start making threes.
