Pacific live on listener hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving my question is do we

really have to wake up on Thanksgiving morning or early afternoon and watch the

freaking lions play every year?

I mean, we've been watching the lions play since the 30s, for crying out loud.

The 30s, and you know what what they've stunk pretty much every

single year with the exception of a year here or a year there. Why do we have to

have the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving every year? Why? Because it's a ritual, because it's a tradition.

Who the hell wants that tradition? Do the folks in Detroit even want to see the Lions play on Thanksgiving every single year?

How pathetic are they?

Seriously, year after year after year after year after year after year.

The Lions stink at every single Thanksgiving. We got to start off our holiday

knowing that they're on TV. The heck with that. Let's change it up. All right?

Everything else in the world is changing. Let's change it up. All right? Everything else in the world is changing. Let's change the

lions on Thanksgiving. No more, I say. Start switching the damn thing around so we can have a good game to start

our day. Seriously, awful, done watching the lines.
