already on second when the ball went out of play hits the wall bounces off the red Sox

Outfielder into the bullpen and by rule they have to send the player from home back to third there was two outs and the

raised don't score bottom of the frame the red socks with a walk-off Homer

and game is over there needs to be some common sense into the rules of sports we understand what the ground rule double means.

You're awarded two bases, but I could have scored on that easily at 62 years of age.

Running backwards I probably could have scored it's just a bad rule there

has to be some common sense involved I mean wouldn't it be a shame if that ends up

cost and raise a chance to the a l cs and who knows maybe they don't win the game anyway but it certainly changed the entire momentum and feel of that game around

Baseball's got to be better than that they's got to fix that rule they have to allow some leeway. Again, common sense. The runner's already

passing second base when the ball goes out of play. You're not going to reward

him home plate. That is just wrong, absolutely awful.

And I don't know what's going to end up in the series, as you're listening to this, it may be over or

maybe heading back to Tampa for a game five.
