The NFL playoffs are set, and for the 49ers, it means a game in Philadelphia taking on the Eagles who have

certainly been up and down, but the Niners coming off that awful loss at home where they

were completely dominated by Seattle, only scoring three points. And you got to figure, you know,

if Trent Williams is not able to come back and I'm skeptical of that, it is going to be a very

tall order to bounce back after losing at home where you have

everything in front of you, make the five-hour flight cross-country and play in the cold.

Although I don't think that is the issue with the 49ers.

I just think it's going to be very difficult to rebound.

Listen, the Eagles have certainly been up and down's going to be very difficult to rebound. Listen, the Eagles have

certainly been up and down. They have looked very, very normal, very average at times this

year. And then there have been other situations where the Eagles have played very, very well.

But again, 12 and 5, 11 and 6. I mean, you could make the argument that the Niners had a better year than Philadelphia.

But, boy, I'm skeptical about the Niners advancing after this week.

I really am.

And, of course, the game last night was an absolute classic.

Pittsburgh and Baltimore renewing their great rivalry.

And it comes down to the final snap of the ball in which Baltimore misses a kick.
